How did your lifestyle affect your health?
Can people have good lifestyle and good health at the same time? How do you define good lifestyle anyway? Well people do have different vision of a good lifestyle. It is good as long as you are happy according to some people, but according to Medical Doctors, People who are practicing good lifestyle, enjoying a good health.
Practicing good lifestyle is not easy. These will mean, you need to throw away cigarettes, wines, need to watch your diet (don’t eat too much), right sleep and regular exercise.
Question is how many people these days can comply all of these.
Based in some article, People who suffer from obesity are also more likely to suffer from diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. According to New York State Cancer Registry, each year, about 100,000 New Yorkers are diagnosed with cancer. In the United States, 180,000 cases of breast cancer are diagnosed each year. Articles show that many people are suffering from cancer. Is it because many people now are practicing bad lifestyle?
That is the hardest part. People in our time do enjoy going out at night, having drinks at the side, lots of fatty foods, girls/boys and cigarettes. They do enjoy bad lifestyle and having hard time to discipline or control themselves. Good health can obtain by having good lifestyle and good lifestyle means self discipline.
